Privacy Policy

HighMark Business Systems builds web and mobile applications for businesses, and is based in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. You can reach us at admin@highmark-business-systems.com or on WhatsApp at +1 784-497-7245.

One form exists on this site, in the “Start Your Project” section. It asks for your name, company, industry, email address, phone number, budget range, timeline, and a description of your project. Email or phone is required so we can reply; the rest helps us answer usefully.

The form does not send anything by itself. Filling it in does not transmit your details anywhere. When you press the button, your browser opens either WhatsApp or your own email application with a message already written out, addressed to us. You can read that message, change it, or close it without sending. Nothing leaves your device until you choose to send it.

Because of this, we never receive a partly completed form, and we have no record of anyone who filled the form in and changed their mind. What you type stays in your browser’s memory and is discarded when you close or reload the page.

Nothing. This website has no database, no accounts, no logins and no server-side storage of any kind. There is no form-handling service, no spreadsheet integration and no customer-relationship system behind it.

Once you send us a message, that message lives in the account you sent it to — our WhatsApp account or our email inbox — and we keep it for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the work. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

This site sets no cookies, for any purpose, including analytics and advertising. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

One item is written to your browser’s session storage: highmark_intro_seen. It records that you have already watched the short introduction video, so it does not replay while you browse. It holds the value 1 and nothing else — no identifier, nothing about you. Session storage is cleared by your browser when you close the tab, and it is never sent to us or to anyone else.

There are none. We do not use Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, Meta Pixel, or any other measurement, heat-mapping or session-recording tool. We do not know how many people visit this site, which pages they read, or where they came from.

Loading a page on this site makes requests to this site only. Nothing is fetched from a third-party server in the background.

In particular, the fonts are self-hosted: they are downloaded when the site is built and served from our own domain, so your browser never contacts Google Fonts and Google is never told that you visited. All images and video are served from this domain too. There are no embedded maps, no social widgets, no chat widgets and no advertising scripts.

Links to WhatsApp and to our clients’ live applications only do something when you click them. Following one takes you to a service we do not control, and that service’s own privacy policy then applies — WhatsApp is operated by Meta.

An earlier version of this site installed a service worker, which is a small script a browser keeps after a visit. The file at /sw.js now exists only to remove it: it unregisters itself as soon as it runs. It stores nothing, caches nothing and has no expiry, because there is no cache to expire.

This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel’s servers record technical details of requests as a normal function of delivering the site and keeping it secure — typically the IP address, the browser’s user-agent string, the page requested and the time. This happens at the hosting layer, not through anything we have added to the site, and we do not use those records to build any profile of you. Vercel’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.

This site sells development services to businesses. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.

Since we hold nothing until you send us a message, the simplest way to keep your details private is not to send one. If you have contacted us and want the message and your details deleted, email us and we will remove them from our inbox and WhatsApp account. You can clear the one session-storage item at any time by closing the tab or clearing your browser’s site data.

If the site changes in a way that affects your information — a database, an analytics tool, a booking system, or storing enquiries when they are submitted — this page will be updated before that change goes live, and the date at the top will change with it.
